How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled directly through the booking link on this page. If you are unsure which service to choose or have corrective or paramedical work, a consultation is recommended first to ensure your treatment plan is properly customized.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Consultations are strongly encouraged for new clients, corrective work, or paramedical services. This allows us to assess your skin, review medical history, discuss your goals, and confirm the safest and most aligned treatment approach before proceeding.
Is a deposit required?
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and is applied toward the total investment of your service. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and must be completed within 3 months.
What is your cancellation or NO SHOW policy?
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are subject to 50% of the scheduled service investment. Cancellations or reschedules within 2 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to 100% of the scheduled service investment.
Prepaid packages are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling requirements, with applicable amounts based on the standard individual investment of the scheduled service.
Any amount otherwise eligible for a refund will be refunded less the actual nonrefundable payment-processing fees incurred on the transaction.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation varies slightly by service, but generally includes avoiding alcohol, blood thinners, and certain skincare treatments prior to your appointment. Detailed pre-care instructions are sent after booking to support optimal healing and predictable results.

If you are uncertain which treatment best aligns with your goals, booking a consultation is the best first step. Together, we will assess your features, skin, and expectations to create a personalized and intentional treatment plan.
