How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled directly through the booking link on this page. If you are unsure which service to choose or have corrective or paramedical work, a consultation is recommended first to ensure your treatment plan is properly customized.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Consultations are strongly encouraged for new clients, corrective work, or paramedical services. This allows us to assess your skin, review medical history, discuss your goals, and confirm the safest and most aligned treatment approach before proceeding.
Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment time exclusively for you and ensures that time is no longer available for other bookings. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time, and the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment booked within 3 months.
What is your cancellation or NO SHOW policy?
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. A no-show will incur the entire session fee. If the deposit paid is less than the scheduled service total, the remaining balance of the cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation varies slightly by service, but generally includes avoiding alcohol, blood thinners, and certain skincare treatments prior to your appointment. Detailed pre-care instructions are sent after booking to support optimal healing and predictable results.
